In short. A staff party on the beach is possible all year round at NIUS Beach House in Zandvoort, from drinks with twenty colleagues to a party outside with 700 guests. A party night in NIUS Zuid can take up to 130 guests.
Small, medium or large
How big the party is decides which space fits:
| Group size | Space |
|---|---|
| Up to 18 guests | The lounge & mezzanine, by the bar |
| Up to 60 guests seated | NIUS Zuid, by the open fire |
| Up to 130 guests | A party night in NIUS Zuid |
| Up to 700 guests | Outside, with a stretch tent if you like |
NIUS Noord can only be hired together with the whole pavilion.
Drinks, dinner or both
Friday afternoon drinks call for something different from an annual party. You can choose drinks with nibbles, dinner at long tables or a walking dinner, and a party with a dance floor afterwards. If you want to go bigger, start the afternoon with an activity on the beach.
Why winter is a good time
Most beach pavilions are closed in winter. Not NIUS. For Christmas drinks or a New Year party, that means a place your colleagues don’t already know: dark outside, a view of the sea and the fire lit.
Practical information
Zandvoort is a short train ride from Amsterdam, which makes it easy to get everyone home safely. If you’re driving, park at Parkeerterrein De Zuid, less than three minutes’ walk away.
