The room
A bright, round room, glazed all the way round, with all the technology you need. Right next to it is a private terrace for lunch, drinks or a meeting in the fresh air.
- Theatre style: up to 60 people
- U-shape: up to 20 people
- Boardroom: up to 20 people
Onto the beach
For the part after lunch we work with JouwTeambuilders.nl and Pepsports. They run activities on the beach, from sporty to relaxed. If you want the whole day organised for you, mention it in your enquiry.
Easy to reach
Zandvoort is a short train ride from Amsterdam. If you’re coming by car, park at Parkeerterrein De Zuid; from there it’s less than three minutes’ walk.

Three round buildings side by side, with terraces in front and the beach terrace on the sand. The photo shows where everything is; in the Party Planner below you can see which space we would suggest for your numbers.
How many people fit in the NIUS meeting room?
Up to 60 people theatre style, and up to 20 people in a U-shape or boardroom layout.
Can we combine a meeting with an activity on the beach?
Yes. For this, NIUS works with JouwTeambuilders.nl and Pepsports.
Does the meeting room have its own terrace?
Yes, right next to the room, for lunch, drinks or dinner in the fresh air.

Not in the photo: on the Noordstrand, a separate stretch of beach, by the beach bar. This is where wedding ceremonies take place. In spring and summer, drinks for up to 80 guests, with a stretch tent if you like; in the winter months, this is where the saunas stand.
